No, Pro Tools LE doesn't have a built-in CD burner.
You'll have to bounce your mix to disk as a 16 bit 44100 hz Stereo AIFF file. Then, use Toast, iTunes or something like that to burn the CD.
Better also to open the AIFF with a stereo audio editor and 'Normalize' the file & trim any dead space off the beginning and end.
