If it isn't broken, don't try to fix it. Many users systematically install these "updates" even though they are not suffering any of the problems it aims to fix, nor do they need the added functionality. In most cases, these interim releases have not been fully tested or refined, and so the best bet is to wait for their implementation in the next full release. Of course, if you are having recurring problems, and this patch aims to address those specific issues, then go ahead. In my experience, installing the CS updates can sometimes cause havoc with an otherwise fully-working system.
