I am really new to logic, only got it a couple of days ago, I have been reading through the book entitled 'Getting Started' and I have reached the chapter 'Using Logic' which is chapter 3.

It asks to load the 'Midi Tutorial' song from the Emagic Demo Songs cd. I have Logic express, but I cant find the CD anywhere. I got 5 CD's with the prog, but none of them are that title.

Can anyone help me? I feel really lost atm. sad.gif

Same thing happened to me a couple of weeks ago, so I sent an e-mail to emagic asking them about it. They sent me the following reply:
QUOTE
Dear Emagic Customer,
you have sent us an enquiry regarding the Demosongs CD, mentioned in the
"Getting Started" help information. This CD was not included in your Logic
software package.
Unfortunately there has been some delay in completing this CD. Therefore the
first packages had to be shipped without the Demosongs CD.
Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused. We will send you
the Demo-songs CD, free of charge.

In other words, they f***ed up pretty good. Just send them a message and they'll send it to you. Meanwhile, you can download the tutorial song from this place: http://www.emagicusa.com/supportfiles/ Be forewarned, though, that the song is in an older version of Logic, both the download one and the one you'll get on the cd so it didn't help me much once I got it unsure.gif
