just bought an mbox and i have a mac computer. i connected the mbox to the usb port on mac. i have a keyboard and other equipment that i want to hookup to sync with the pro tools for recording. does anyone know what hardware or midi interface i can use to connect to the mbox and my equipment?

You really need to give more info. A mbox what? What OS are you using?

also, how many external keyboards and so on do u want to hook up?

either way a usb to midi interface is what you're after. I'm using a yamaha UX-16 (usefull for only one keyboard really), there's always the 4x4 interface and so on

I've got a simple setup, and I just use the little Midiman MidiSport 2X2. It works like a charm! But then, all I'm using for an external module is my Roland xv-5080. Everything else is software (Spectrasonics, Reason, etc.)

I use a Edirol pcr-30 usb midi keyboard with my m box - works great on os x - as you can tell i am not really a keyboard player...

I've got a Powerbook G4, OSX, MBox and Midisport 1x1. I can't seem to get Protools LE 6.4 to recognise the ports on the Midisport. Can anyone help?
