The only way that I know of is load it back into your sequencer, and then export it in the proper format.

Never heard of any converters.

You can use Melody Assistant, available at http://www.myriad-online.com This is the main program I use to make my music. It's only $15, and I would strongly recommend it even if a zero was added to the end of the price.

For another $15 you can get Virtual Singer, which uses either math or recorded voice to sing the lyric staff(s) in one or more of several languages. I don't think you can even do this in Sibelius!

Anyway, Melody Assistant can solve your problem. By the way, what's the difference between Type-0 and Type-1 MIDI files?
