From the Emagic Infoweb:

"OS: X: Crash when loading plug-in settings (Xtreme Analog)

Product: EXSP24, Audio, Express
Version: 6.4.1

Description:
Plug-in settings (".pst" files) from the "Xtreme Analog" sound library are copied to the EXSP24 plug-in settings folder. When one of these settings is chosen in the EXSP24 (AU version), Logic crashes.

Explanation:
EXSP24 does not understand Logic's plug-in settings format, as EXSP24 is not a Logic module, but an AudioUnit plug-in. AU plug-ins store their settings in the ".aupreset" format.

Suggestion:
Don't use the settings menu, but instead use the instruments menu of the EXSP24 to load the sounds of the "Xtreme Analog" library"

The "instruments menu" means the green LED style display on the sampler. Just click that and you'll get a menu. Worked for me!
