Agreed, stienberg has given me a hardcore run around as I've been trying to reinstal my cubase 5.1r1, on their website they don't even provide sufficiant contact info via direct e-mail support, and when I call, they can only suggest I invest the 200 buck up-grade. Money grabbin' fiends who can't back what they sell!

Things like this are one of the big reasons why Cubase owners are dumping it and moving to Logic, Digital Performer or Pro Tools.
And maybe Metro. I'll have to download that demo.
Unfortunately, customer service is going downhill everywhere these days. Mfrs. want us to hang around forums like this and get support from other users so they dont have to pay for it.
You should go and look at the Steinberg or various Cubase forums and read the howling. Everyone reading this that's thinking of buying any of their products first should go look at these forums.
Buyer beware.
