Is it possible to connect the sound out (audio jack) on my keyboard to my mac (maybe through the mic in plug) without buying things that cost too much?
Thanks

if your mac has any kind of port for audio input, i don't see why not. just watch out for the gain. input intended for mic normally boot up the level of the sound source quite a lot. well, my mac does not have any audio input except the built-in mic, but perhaps, you can set the type of input in the sound control panel from mic to line input. another thing to think about is not all audio software is compatible with the computer's own native driver. make note of their driver compatibility if you were to buy any softwares.

I currently have all of my stuff ran to sound in. It works ok. There is a bit of hiss. I've been working on my MIDI, which is the only way to go.
