Does anyone out there know if it is possible to conver Reason Files from MAC to PC?

if you go from mac to pc make sure its not a published track.
on a pc just add .rsn to the end and open using REASON. The file coming from the Mac will have to be a rsn file not anything else. I do it all the time with my associate who is still on PC laptop. Works fine for me.
