I´m wondering if there´s some kind of prg on the mac which allows you to synch a pc with a mac via midi. I´d like to run my softsynths on my old pc and buy a new mac which can control the pc.

any info ?

all the best

as long as you have midi input for your PC... you can get almost any midi sequencer on the mac and control the soft synths on the PC... no synching really needed unless you are running arpeggio's on the soft synths and then you will want to set the PC midi to be sync'ed externally as a slave and make the mac send out midi time code and BAM... there you have it.

Its more of a midi thing than computer related really. I have heard of some people running gigasampler on a Pc and controlling it from a mac. cool.gif
