Try increasing your buffer size for the emi 2|6

I just had a similar problem and was tearing out my hair to figure out why. I thought it might be buffers, I thought an effect might be causing a glitch, I was at a loss. Then I noticed that I had accidentally assigned two audio tracks to the same channel and the clicks were coming when a part on one track would override a part on the other track. I assigned them all to different channels and the problem went away.

I noticed that the USB connection is not very good on mine and the slightest bump can cause pops and crackles as well. Now when I use... I make sure to keep all cables tucked away and set device in area where it wont get bumped. cool.gif

I'm wondering (save the buffer size questions) if you have not plugged something new or change the plug order of things on your USB ports… unsure.gif

maybe unrelated but…

trash preferences (again)
zap pram
reset motherboard.

If you have PCI boards, change them of slot

Else… have you installed ANYTHING about 4 weeks ago.

Try with only the original set of plugs of the sequencer…
