hello, just wondered if anyone could help me out with a minor problem; is it possible to record solo button automation so that i can record in when a solo button is pressed and released to solo that track? this would be really handy to me and save a lot of other automation recording.
if anyone could let me know if i need to record this in the track mixer or the audio environment and what sort of track i should assign to this ie. bus automation, record it onto the track that i want to solo etc.
any help much appreciated!
cheers,
alistair

i think you just select the track in arrange window, hit record and then when needed press solo.
works for me..
