 Need Help W/ Audiophile 2496, OS X no longer controls sound |

Hello,
I recently installed an Audiophile 2496 sound card in my DP G4 1 GHz Quicksilver running OS 10.2. I installed the 1.1 drivers, and so far, the audio playback is excellent. However, one problem remains: I can't reduce the volume via OS X's volume up/down. I also can't reduce the volume via the driver's control panel. Is this normal? -------------------- |
