 Logic Express An Extension Of Garageband, Is Logic Express a natural extension of how GarageBand operates? |

I've been using GarageBand for the past two years. Frankly, I love it. I've been creating and recording some good stuff with it, I think. But I'm ready to move up, especially so I can record 24-bit audio. Logic Express seems like the logical step for me. Are there similarities in the two programs. Or is Logic Express a quantum leap different?

Logic has a lot more features, and capabilities that allow you to do more complex operations.
I still use Garage Band as a quick sketch pad for some songs, and then I open the session in Logic for mixing and refinement. You also have more control in Logic, each parameter of an effect or instrument can be automated. Just upgraded to Logic Pro, so i have some learning to do.
