Hello,
Does anyone out there know how to mixdown a sequenced drum line on Logic? I can export a midi file, but that does no good without the sounds assigned. Basically, how do I put into an AIFF file, what I hear when playing the track in Logic.
Thanks,
Kris

Hi!
Again I am trying to give some help when I am not 100% sure of what's the problem huh.gif

In the track mixer window there is an output 1-2 track.
There is a button where it says bounce.
You put the wanted drum track in solo. Then you hit the bounce button. You can decide if you want it in AIFF or an other format and the lenght of the recording. You can choose bounce and add, but then you will save it in your audio window of your arrangement. If you just choose bounce you can put it anywhere on your mac.

I hope this answer your question.
Good luck

cool.gif It depends on what you are using to generate the drums. If you are using sound modules, you would have to record each part of the kit as audio and then assign them to different tracks. If you are using the EXS24 then you can send them to the same master output and bounce them down to one track
