Okay so, I've been a loyal Itunes customer for almost half a year now. I've purchased music and videos no problem. Suddenly, last month, Itunes wouldn't let me purchase any more music claiming my "account information didn't match my bank records."
I tried re-entering my information and I even called my bank to see if something was wrong. Everything is fine, and I can make other purchases with my card fine. I e-mail tech support over a dozen times and each time they just told me somthing that either didn't work or wasn't relevant. Does anyone know how to fix this, I want to use Itunes again! ![]() |

Where is stored this information ? If it's on the ITMS servers, it's their problem and the only way to put things right is that they go and fix it.
Can someone using the ITMS come and help? (sorry, I don't so I'm not the best for the account stuff) -------------------- Our Classifeds • Nos petites annonces • Terms Of Service / Conditions d'Utilisation • Forum Rules / Règles des Forums • MacMusic.Org & SETI@Home
