Having a little trouble understanding how the M-Audio Fasttrack USB and Logic Express 7 interact. I can get audio in for recording but can't seem to listen to other tracks while recording. How is this supposed to work? Core Audio is enabled.

M-Audio Fasttrack USB
Logic Express 7.1.1
OS X Tiger 10.4.3
Dual 2.5/G5 w/1.5GB RAM

I think I found the answer on Apple's Logic Express forum.

Logic Express can only use one driver at a time. The solution, in Tiger only, is to open the Audio MIDI Setup application and, under the Audio->Open Aggregate Device Editor, create a new device composed of both the M-Audio FastTrack USB and, in my case, my USB Soundsticks. Now I can both record and monitor the output. Worked great!
