I've upgraded Live, Reason and Logic about 3 times at least.
Now I'm getting another computer and I know you don't have to go through the whole upgrade path for each - does this mean that upgrade CD's are in fact full versions at a lower price? (for which you must provide a number for).

That depends on the program, but for instance Logic 7 Pro upgrade is the full version, you'll need the old dongle to run it.

OK, so they are full versions which use old numbers/dongles.

Great thanks very much.

For some reason I was labouring under the illusion that upgrades were always discs that modified an existing version.
