Hello and welcome.
I'm running Logic 7 Pro on ProTools 24 Mix hardware and although I've read about a lot of problems with ESB, everything seems to run smooth. |

If you are running PTLE, there is no need to go through that hassle Logic can do what PTLE does plus more, and you don't have the silly 32 track limit.

Hi there guys/gals whatever (don't like to be sexist)
Yeah I started using protools LE 001 & quickly decided it was time to break the bank & get something with more tracks & PTmix+ did that for me & gave the studio 64 tracks to play with I'm not using logic as a front though I've got it in tandem with protools which gives me the best of both worlds (my puter tech informed me that logic as a front for PTs renders the control 24 mixer useless over logic) so 8 analog i/o, SPdif i/o & midi i/o. The logic rig has a mackie control surface (but to be straight PTs is my bag, apart from everything else it's the Space Designer reverb that floats my boat in logic, not to mention the soft synths & sampler) great site this regards Isaac aka Dr. Evil (I have a white cat that spends a lot of time in the studio..hence the nickname) |

In that case you need to sync the wordclock then you should be OK.
