Hi all-

While being a relative veteran of midi-based music production (in a windows environment) I recntly switched completely to Mac. Currently I have, PowerMAcG4(512k Ram), Logic Platinum, JD 800 ,AudioSport Quattro. For the life of me, I can't get the Quattro to work with Logic (ASIO driver problem) Any Advice?

Also, can any experts recommend the ideal configuration of my MAc system for recording. I.e. which applications, extensions, programs, files should I erase for optimum performance - my Mac is for music only. Also, I have heard I should invest in a second HD for audio. Any comments?

Thanks

For the optimisation of the system, I can tell you, but I need the list of the extensions and control pannels installed…

Use Apple menu/Apple system information, generate a list of them and send it.

I'm waiting smile.gif

For the quattro, first thing is to check updates for drivers… next…
