Help w/Darla20 and Powerlogix G3 Cards, Hardware Compatability Options

Please....I'm using a Darla20 card with PowerLogix PowerForce G3 card.
I'm good to go if I use the old Echo driver 1.0.0b7. But the updated improve drivers 1.0.0b10 and 1.0.0b14 only cause my system to lock up during boot-up. It appears the conflict is with the Echo drivers and the G3PowerLogix  'ini' extension.  
 
 Contacting Echo and PowerLogix was zero help!!
