hello
used to work for ebu 25f i usually adjust my nudge for a frame on 000 000 040
ok
trying to do the same for 30/29.97 ntsc i found
a silly number : 3.33333 etc etc
wich means a set of 000 000 033
is this correct ?
any good advice would be apreciated !
:-)
thanks

Hi Christine,

seems you're working with LE?!
(otherwise the nudge could be set to frames)
Yes, you're right - using any of the 'normal' ntsc rates leads to very strange nudge & grid values. Thank you, Digidesign!
I think I read some more about it - the usual faq stuff - on digi's website.
I love to live in 25f land - no prob's with pullup's and pulldowns or dropframes.
Whenever I have to sync to film/video, I go back to my old Digi toolbox (AMIII/ProTools 4.3) - it's 8-track only, but I have a real SMPTE timeline.

Kind regards
Walter
