hey im planning on getting either tracktion or garageband, but need a way to plug my guitar into my computer (g5 1.8). ive done a little research on sound cards and such, i like the idea adding components to my computer rather then getting external interfaces.... does anyone know a decent way to plug a guitar into a computer that wont cost too much ( <$150... )? all suggestions are appreciated!

Griffin makes this:

I do however, recommend an external interface for plugging a guitar into a computer. You will find that without a pre-amp of any sort guitar sounds weak.

maybe something like this:

$199.00
