Loop Based Programs, acid equivielents for mac

Newbie Group: Members Posts: 6 Joined: 24-Jul 04 From: Belli Park - AU Member No.: 47,523	Ive been using a pc with acid pro for a long time and i recently switched over to a mac, what LOOP BASED programs are their for the mac that are similar to acid pro, coz im having a terrible time attempting to sequence drum beats in pro tools

(In my opinion, the best all around loop engine and audio sequencer for any loop based production) That will be the closest equivelant to Acid. Rookie Group: Members Posts: 27 Joined: 11-Mar 04 From: Honolulu - US Member No.: 38,208	Garage band and Soundtrack (hi end GB) had their looping functions written by the guy who wrote Acid and Logic 7 will also have those on-the-fly looping tools. Live is good and can be rewired to PT if PT has rewire. There are also some different progs out there like Twerk, RadiaL and Camel Toe amongst others that will do similar things with loops, some are freeware also.
