Hi Dimora, I just thought about something: do you have the last drivers? version 3.2.3 is available at www.tascam.com. then just check if in the control panel of the US 122 if the "MIDI and AUDIO enabled " is checked. sometimes it just switch to "Midi enabled, audio disabled" after a crash . feel free to contact me if you have any question cheers.

I assume the US-122 is your digital/analog interface, yes?
Make sure of all these things:
1. The US-122 is selected in the Configure Hardware Driver window.
2. The US-122 is selected in the Audio portion of the Audio/MIDI set-up window.
3. The US-122 channels are assigned inputs in the Audio Bundles window.
4. The correct US-122 channels are selected on the inputs of the audio tracks you wish to record on.
Here's what I do to monitor the audio: Send the output of the audio track to (for example) bus 1-2. Then create an aux track w/ the input being bus 1-2, the output going to your main out or monitor channel. This way I can monitor the audio input, not just the recorded output.
Hope this helps.

I have to shamefully admit that I had some cable wiring problems that I just didn't notice Sorry, that was a waste of time for all these excellent answers. Although thanks for reminding me about the Aux track tip! *walks away sheepishly*
