from a midi-illiterate who would appreciate some help:

I use Garritan Personal Orchestra for orchestral samples on my Mac, played through Kontakt player as a VSTi (through Cubase SX) and also standalone. The GPO instruments' volume is controlled by modulation. Now my Roland PC-200 midi keyboard has a modulation wheel, but this doubles up as a pitchbender and as a result has very little movement. My question is: can I program this keyboard to use the pitchbender for modulation? The keyboard in question has some data entry assignment controls which I don't understand (no manual, sorry)

any suggestions gratefully received!

you can use the data entry fader.press the edit button(on the left),press the key(labeled CC), enter 01(modulation)and press ENTER (on the right), press edit button to exit.It should be something like that.
