I seem to remember a little while back that there were some compatibility issues between Apple's OSX 10.3 and Logic, does anyone know anymore on this?

I use Logic Audio 6 with OSX 10.3 with no problems. I have an old PowerBook G4 500Mhz too. The only time I've had it crash was when I was opening a SampleTank insert. I've been using it for a few months and it's the most stable system I've ever used. I used to use Cubase and Sonar with PCs. They both had lots of problems.

Hi. I've use Logic 6 Platinum on my G4, 1 gig RAM, with OS X 10.3.3, M-Audio Firewire 410 interface, with no problems. I then upgraded to a G5 with dual 2 GHz processors, with 1.5 gig RAM, and a MOTU 828 MKII interface, again with no problems. I highly recommend the Logic 6 - Panther combination.

I have found out now that Logic was compatible since 6.3.2. I read in a magazine some time ago that there were compatibility problems, but i can't find that magazine anymore. I thought I should check it out before upgrading the OS, thanks, for the advice.

or to put it more precisely: if you're using Digi Design HD Accel hardware on a G5 with Panther, then you need Platinum 6.3.2 and above.
