check with the digidesign/ and emagic support page i think i saw it was but you may need a enabler i'm not sure but if you wanna record audio the digi should work ! its just the audio interface it doesn't matter what it is just select it as ya audio interface on ya computer and , make sure u select it on ya input in logic (pref)

hope that helps

hallo I am a digi002 user and I can say there is no problem as long as you use the latests down loads from digidesign
Within logic there is no problem and also protools works fine
but what I would like to know is if I could use the plug ins from logic in protools and vice- versa
is there anyone who knows?

Thanx everybody,i am supposed to get logic within the coming 2 days,i will give it a try.
To use a plug in with protools Le you should have it RTAS and AU for logic,if you cant find the plug you want to use in the appropriate format as rtas-au-vst etc..you should get the converter i think there is one from RTAS to AU or vice versa it works. But most of plugins (new ones especially)will be compatible with all major softwares like protools and logic.
Have fun.
