 M-audio Fw 410 And Accelerator Cards, why not supported? |

the m-audio site says that "G3/G4 accelerator cards not supported" for the Firewire 410. Why would this be? Has anyone tried? I upgraded my Blue and White G3 to a G4 500mhz and sure enough, I'm having trouble getting the 410 to input sound, but why would the processor be the problem? Or is it? It does work fine on the native G4 and G5 at work.
btw, I'm running 10.3.2 on all the computers. alphonse |
