Hi every one first post here.

I'm just getting into computer music and have already decided my xp laptop is not good enought so I will soon be upgrading to a Mac.

My setup will be

Ibook 12" G4 800mhz
312 meg Ram
30gig HD w/ additional Ipod 20 gig + 20 gig usb2 HD

Synth
Korg Mirco Synth (I play bass I only need small keys as I can't play Piano)

Audio Interface
now this is where I'm not sure I think it is a toss up between.

M-Audio Ozone
M-Audio Quattro
Tascam US-224
I don't really want to spend more than £200

Software
I think i'll go with Sonar for sequencing maybe Emagic's logic
Reason
And some soft synth progs maybe

Can you guys help me out with my audio interface as I have no idea which is going to be better.

Thanks in advance

Doesn't matter guys I went for the new Novation remote 25 audio extreme.

Stand alone K-station
Midi Controller
DAW Control Surface
Audio Interface
And some cool apps that I was gonna buy any way

I think it meets all my requirments and I think a K-station should be better than a Korg Microsynth

Check it out
