I just picked up a UAD-1 dsp card and it froze my computer every time I tried to use it......

G4 350- tons of RAM

I'm going to return it tommorow- unless anyone has any insights

Does your Mac have a PCI graphic card?
It only works with AGP type.
If not, you should move it to other PCI slot, mine is on the first one and works perfectly.
