Does anyone know how you can convert a metro file (midi & digital audio) into an mp3 file?

You will need to record all your MIDI parts to audio then "bounce" all your audio tracks into one file.
You can then use iTunes to convert this to an mp3.

Midi files are only playing instructions. Its a bit like having a robot you've programmed to play instruments. You'll need to give him the instruments, then record the resulting audio when he plays them. Only audio files can be bounced to MP3.
