1. go to file, then 'bounce' 2. Make sure PCM is selected and Wave. 3. Stereo File type should be interleaved unless you want separate mono tracks for your stereo track that you have recorded.. 4. you can choose to bounce down from offline or realtime (realtime is always better) 5.choose your destination (I always go desktop)
6. your file will be waiting for you after the bounce down to your destination.

Hey
an even quicker way to bounce all the files individually is to go "export as" then follow the instructions to bounce all the files into a folder but as individual tracks, but in one go. The files will come up with the names of the recordings.
