Hey Everyone. I've joined the Logic club at last. WOW Main problem tho is When I load up garageband songs I don't get any sound. The meters move and I dont have problems with sound when starting a fresh project in logic. Any ideas? I have logic express 7.2 on a 1.83 core duo macbook cheers

QUOTE (bradondc @ Thu 19 Apr 2007, 00:32) Main problem tho is When I load up garageband songs I don't get any sound. The meters move and I dont have problems with sound when starting a fresh project in logic. Try to select the GB song's icon, right -clic and choose : open with Logic.

You are missing an update that fixes this.
Logic imports GB projects and puts its output on aux bus 11, but Logic Express originally only supported 8.
The latest update for Logic Express adds support for up to 12 aux buses. After applying the update, GB projects will play when opened without any additional tweaking to the project.
Go to the Apple site to obtain the update or use the "update software" command on the apple menu for the update.
