Can someone tell me how to sustain an audio note (guitar loop) into the next region so the sustaing note blends into the next part.

I believe that you should look up the use of the crossfade tool, remember the help menu is the most up to date manual.

It will take a little practice to find the zero crossing point, buyt it's certainly doable with the right content.

you could also use 2 tracks.
