I have heard that you can save audio files on a web page onto your MP3 files. How do you do that? Do you need a specific software to do that? I only have QuickTimePro, and Garageband at the moment.

Export your Garage Band songs to iTunes, export from iTunes as a mp3.

Thanks for the tip, gdouble you. If you want to download an audio file on a web site made with Macromidia Flashplayer, how do you do that? Does anyone know?
