Hi,
Does anyone know of a software allowing to extract vocals from a CD song for example, that runs on OSX?

The karaoke function in Amazing X (a.k.a. Amazing Slow Downer) does a pretty good job of removing vocals. This is a really useful shareware application and you can download a demo here: http://www.ronimusic.com.
