I am using cubase VST on a G4 dual processor with os 9 and a motu 828 sound card. When i start up cubase, the audio os fine and i press play and the sound still works, but as soon as i move the player line (thingy that tracks where the music is) or press stop the sound stops and won't come back until i restart cubase.
Can anybody help me with this? |

I use cubase on 9.2.2 and have not had that problem. I was told that cubase doesn't like 9.0 so maybe go to 9.1 or 9.2. The other possibility is that your vst plugins or instruments are overloading the processors...although on a dual G4 it seems unlikely, just a thought. good luck
