Has anyone purchased or know anyone who has purchased a refurbished mac from the Apple store website?

I purchased an Apple refurbished iMac DV 700 from Smalldog and it was like new. No problems. The box it comes in is different and that is it.

I got a refurbed 23" display and can't say I have ever had a problem. Apple has a great refurb program. You computer will come in a brown box that has a sticker on it that says "Apple Refurbished" and not a pretty full color picture of you computer on the box but thats the only draw back.

I bought a refurb 15 " PowerBook and it is flawless. I also bought the warranty, a must for laptops

You might want to look at
www.wegenermedia.com They have Mac iBook and Powerbooks.
