Hi All,

I have a Mac and a Apogee Rosetta 800 with firewire card and Logic 7. I want a straightforward solution for monitoring without latency. Anybody point me in the right direction?

Thanks in advance

If you mean input to output latency, the rosetta should allow you (if the firewirewire driver is well written) to have a 3-4ms latency, which is near real-time. To get a better latency, i'm afraid you had to buy a TDM protools card.

You also have to set the Logic Audio buffer size to the minimun size if you want to get the best latency...
As i dont use logic since 2 years, i cant tell you exatly where it is, but somewhere like 'audio preferences'....
