When I am bouncing this particular completed midi song that is about 5 and a half minutes long, when it comes near the end, an overload window opens up, stopping the recording.
“Core Audio: Disk is too slow or system monitoring (100008) "
Then, I turned off Audio input monitoring from the help advice to help, but it didnt. I even cleared some stuff on my HD. Isnt 30 extra free Gigs enough???
How do I clear it up so it doesnt overload? I tried restarting, but it didnt work...
I dont have any applications running, and no screen saver, or anything... but I heard that turning off virtual memory helps..but I cant find where to turn virtual memory off at! where do you go?
Its discouraging becuase it overloads 4 seconds before the end of the song! Im sure if I change something else it could work....
does this mean that a 10 minute song will not work? or is it just that the song is complex at the end? when I click on an audio track, should audio in AND out show activity? or course, they BOTH do when I am clicked on a midi track...
any suggestions?

Look at "system performance" in the Audio menu. Are the meters peaking for Audio or Disk I/O at the end of your track?
Can you convert each midi track to audio and then try a mixdown?
That error can also be caused by a fragmented disk. Use a de-fragging utility to check and optimize your hard drive.
