Thanks but I don't think it gonna work.
I have 2 G-tech hard drive with 2 FW 800 1 FW400 1 USB and 1 eSata port.
I have a TC Electronic konnekt 6 FW interface (what in this moment is perfect for me) with only one FW 400 port.
I had to trash my laptop it was broken (accident) what was a MBP 2.4 ,4GB ram with FW 800 and express card wtih two FW400 and 1 USB so it wasn't a problem but now it is.

I wouldn't like to buy a not new generation laptop.

Thanks guys

Try the dasychain, it may work, really.

Now you can also tell Steve how wonderfully unusable are MacBook Pro without an expresscard port… sad.gif angry.gif
