I got a personal demonstration of this at AES at it sounded awesome! I can't wait to get a copy for myself.

I also tried Arturia's beta version of 2600V at their booth--it sounded like a cheap toy... still had some broken features and the filter just didn't have the "juice" of a real analog like the TimewARP does.

The timewarp will have a real VCA, not the Arturia, but it'll be only RATS at first, other formats will comme a little later (2005)

Welcome Jim!

I've transmitted this WE the demo link for the news section, but it didn't make the way to some news (I won't enter in the details, it's not the editor's fault).

Have you a better idea when the non-RTAS versions will be available? cool.gif

We are currently in development of the AU version. I would expect(barring unforseen delays) that within the first couple of months of 04'. I will follow up when we have a better idea.

Have any of you out there had a chance to check out the demo? I have not heard much since we released it on Sunday. What do you think?

Hello TimewARP,

I grew up with an ARP 2600 in the 1960s. I'm pretty sure you've got a customer here. I would love to try out your 2600. When can I get a VST or AU version? biggrin.gif

Hi All,

Just following up... TimewARP 2600 AU, VST and standalone have been available from http://nav.440network.com/out.php?mmsc=forums&url=http://www.wayoutware.com and M-Audio since about September 12, 2005.
